How to Prepare for Your Blood Test 

To ensure the most accurate results, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Fast for 8–12 hours (plain water is fine) for accurate cholesterol and glucose results.
  • Hydrate well before your appointment (avoid sugary drinks).
  • Avoid alcohol and heavy exercise for 24 hours prior.
  • Postpone your morning medications until after the test (except for high blood pressure medication).
  • Bring your IC and arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth process.
Terms & Conditions
  • Participants must be 18 years or older. This special anniversary rate is exclusively available for Malaysians (holders of Blue or Pink IC).
  • The special anniversary rates are available ONLY for pre-registered customers. Walk-ins will be charged an additional RM50 per person.
  • A confirmation message will be sent 1–2 days before the event.
  • Please ensure all details are accurate when filling out the registration form. No refunds will be issued after payment.
  • Special upgrade packages are available on-site with additional charges. (Check out ongoing promotional offers during the event.)
  • All blood test results will be sent via soft copy to your WhatsApp within 10 days after the event.
  • Dietitian consultation will be provided through face-to-face, online meeting, or phone call.

Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

  • All pre-registered participants are automatically eligible for the lucky draw. 
  • Winners will be announced on the event day or notified via WhatsApp. 
  • Prizes must be claimed within 14 days after the announcement. 
  • The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
