Enter carpark at Entry B, level LG-level B3 and park your car at H to N pillars.
Then take the elevator at Block B or the escalator to level 2.

By Train
Hop on to the LRT Kelana Jaya Line or KTM Port Klang line which will connect you to Malaysia’s 1st elevated Bus Rapid Transit BRT - Sunway Line, with one of the stations situated right at the doorstep of Sunway Geo Avenue i.e. BRT - Sunmed Station.
- Kelana Jaya LRT Line to USJ 7 station for interchange to BRT - Sunway Line.
- KTM Port Klang Line to Setia Jaya station for interchange to BRT - Sunway Line.
- From BRT - Sunmed Station, access the bridge to Sunway Geo Avenue, turn left at the juction after Mr. DIY shop, go straight to the end and you will see our centre.

Shuttle Bus Service
Free shuttle bus within sunway city
The Sunway Shuttle Bus service is FREE to ride, and runs at an approximate 45-minute interval. You can hop on it and get off at the Sunmed station with Sunway Geo Avenue right across. To track the current location of the shuttle bus and estimate the arrival time at your designated stop in Sunway City, kindly download Sunway Shuttle Bus Tracker App which is available on iOS App Store and Google Play for free download and usage.

Sunday: 9.00* AM- 10.15** PM
*First and **last bus leaving from Sunway Pyramid Hotel East.

The Canopy Walk
The Canopy Walk is also known as ‘Ecowalk’ which connects Sunway Pyramid, Menara Sunway, The Pinnacle Sunway, Sunway Geo Residence, Sunway Lagoon Club, Palm Ville Condominium, Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway University, Monash University, Sunway Lagoon BRT Station.
Open daily except during public holidays from 7am – 12 midnight.

You can cross over to Sunway Geo Avenue using the link bridge which is connected directly from Sunway Medical Centre:
- Tower A carpark level 1C;
- Tower B level 1;
- Tower C ground floor.

Know your rights and responsibilities when it comes to managing your health.
Patient Rights
- Every patient has the right to access competent healthcare and treatment regardless of age, sex, ethnic origin, religion, political affiliation, economic status and social class.
- Before commencement of treatment, a patient has the right to a clear explanation of the proposed treatment including the planned procedure/intervention and common complications that may arise
- Translation services will be provided where possible
- The centre will ensure the safety and security of the patients
- A patient has the right to know the investigations conducted and the results of these investigations
- A patient has the right to a second opinion at any time and a medical report when requested, either by the patient or a third person on the patient’s written permission and consent. Fees will be charged for the report
- A patient has the right to know the various options available for the same treatment
- Every patient has the right to enquire for information and provide feedback to the Head of Department concerned
Patient Responsibilities
- The patient/guardian with legal responsibilities shall provide accurate and complete information about his/her health to the attending physician to the best of their ability
- The patient/guardian with legal responsibilities shall inform the private healthcare facility of his/her ability to pay for the services to be rendered
- The patient has the responsibility to follow doctor’s advice and treatment, keep appointments and inform the doctor or the hospital if he/she is unable to do so
- While in the centre, the patient must conduct himself/herself so as not to interfere with the well-being or rights of other patients or healthcare professionals

Here is a checklist that can help you prepare before your appointment with our TCM physician
- Compile all your documents to bring during your visit:
- Copies of any tests, x-rays, or medical histories relating to your medical problem.
- A list of all current medications taken on a regular basis, including over-the-counter and herbal medications.
- Review any special directions from your doctor about diet or medication restrictions prior to your appointment.
During Your Appointment
To make the most of your appointment, prepare a list of questions and remember to express your concerns to your TCM physician.
